Return & Exchange Policy:

We are happy to make an exchange or return for you if there was an issue with your order. Please e-mail us at petparkblvd@gmail.com with your order number.

Returns and exchanges are accepted, but there will be a $5 return shipping fee that the buyer is responsible for. If the item(s) are not in it's original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Please make sure there is no pet hair on all returning items.

Please return items within 30 days of delivery date.

There is no return or exchange for Charc & Bark. If you have an issue with your Charc & Bark order, please e-mail us.
